Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wysdom AI (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of Service

Wysdom AI provides automated processing of user-submitted materials to generate study content using machine learning and text transformation technologies.

User Responsibility for Submitted Content

You are solely responsible for all materials uploaded to the App.

• You represent and warrant that you possess all legal rights to upload and process such materials.
• You affirm that submitted content is either owned by you, licensed to you, in the public domain, or otherwise legally permissible to process.
• Wysdom AI does not review or verify ownership of uploaded materials.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

Wysdom AI functions exclusively as a passive processing platform operating at the direction of the user.

Any copyright infringement, intellectual property violation, or legal claim arising from user-submitted materials is the sole responsibility of the user.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wysdom AI from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal actions resulting from content you upload or your use of the App.

Third-Party Computational Processing

Submitted materials and derived text may be transmitted to third-party automated systems for document interpretation, text extraction, and content generation. By using the App, you consent to this processing.

Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, infringing, or unauthorized materials
• No misuse for academic dishonesty
• No reverse engineering or abuse of services
• No subscription sharing

Payments and Subscriptions

All payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchases.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is.” Generated materials may contain inaccuracies.

Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the previous 12 months.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States.
